Low Volume Products

The following is a list of the standard, low volume remote control products that are in stock and readily available to order with no minimum order quantity. These units can be ordered in as few as a single unit and in quantities up to 1,000 units. These low volume models are pre-programmed with industry standard IR protocols, like NEC or RC5 or in some cases will use a custom IR protocol or can be reprogrammed for a specific code table.

These models can be customized through the use of a keypad overlay to create a unique key layout. The overlay can mask off any unused or unnecessary keys, as well as label the functions of the remaining keys on the keypad. The unused keys are cut off of the keypad and the overlay will attach to the face of the remote control. Final assembly is typically performed by the customer or can be performed by Celadon for additional assembly fees. Low volume remote controls can typically ship within 2—3 days of receipt of the order and payment. The lead-time for custom overlays is typically about 4 weeks from confirmation of final artwork. Orders of 1,000 units or more would typically be ordered as OEM products. Below is a list of the standard, low volume receiver products that are readily available and can be ordered with no minimum order quantity requirement. The lead-time for shipping these products is usually 2—3 days from the receipt of order and payment.

These models range from simple, external receiver modules to RS232 and USB receivers. Except for the RCV-5000 RS232 Receiver, these models have a fixed specification and cannot be modified or customized.
